Cons: Some towels had black stains, some of the furniture was oversize in the room and our mattress pad cover had stains on it. There definitely is some maintenance that could be done to improve the property. Pros: location location location! "The setting on the lake were incredible, the rooms are pretty tired, and could use updating. They front desk lady gave me an upgrade which was very good. The front desk lady also charged me $4 extra because she said expedia doesnt pay their fees, not sure what that was all about but have never run into that issue before. "

"Check in was at the building next door, which wasn’t advertised very clearly. The elevator was inoperable so we had to carry all bags up, which wasn’t a huge deal but inconvenient with a one year old. The restaurant was closed which made for very slim food options in town, glad we brought snacks! Overall wasn’t a horrible place for a quick one night stop on the way to our final destination. "

"Generally pleased with the stay. My challenges are surrounding the value. For the price I’m not entirely sold on returning. Arrived to our canvas tent which was really clean and great appointments. However our tent was supposed to come with linens and beds made. By the time I realized this, on our second day, I let the front desk know. They kindly dropped off a bag of sheets and duvet covers as well as pillow cases. Call me bougie but for what we paid per night, I guess I was expected to make...

"The room had a burned out light which they did not replace on request. The safety latch on the door was broken and they did not repair upon request."

"The room was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. However, no breakfast available despite it being listed at booking. Toilet was loosely secured, shower was lukewarm, coffee maker in room was obviously not used for a while. The bathroom light and fan were motion sensor activated and couldn’t be disabled and so this was annoying in the middle of the night. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again."
