The amenities are great with some weird kinks. For example - the light switch for the bathrooms is behind the door on the outside of the bathroom so if you open the door you can't effectively reach for the light. You have to turn the light on before opening the door. The bath tub is incredibly high. ...

Metropolitan Hotel Sofia, a member of Radisson Individuals
The staff and room appointments were excellent. Maybe a Nespresso coffee machine would have been nice. There was only tea. I also liked the filtered water in the hallway, avoiding bottle waste.
