"Hotel was right in front of a subway entrance which made commuting very handy. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was not very helpful...I had requested non feather pillows and bedding (extremely allergic) and I was told that the entire hotel only had feather pillows!!!! I asked for a recommendation for where I could buy a pillow in the morning and the girl said she would let me know but she never did. There are no towel hooks (towels kept at entrance of room and not in the actual bathroom)...

"La camera superior per grandezza e pulizia ok ma di sicuro gli arredi andrebbero svecchiati e ci vorrebbe un pò di manutenzione in più. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, soddisfatto, così come anche la colazione, ci sono diverse opzioni anche per ospiti internazionali."

"Hotel itself ideally located for most things, but even in deluxe room furniture pretty basic, but beds comfy. Breakfast was OK but no Black/Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey or fruit teas, Coffee from machine was lukewarm but if you ask for hot milk they will bring it. After a long day site-seeing was disappointed to find that there nowhere to get a drink in evening, small lounge on 17th floor but only sold spirits. oh for a glass of wine.
Most of the staff had reasonable English, whereas I had...

"It was a great stay there! Very convenient, very clean, generally quiet (being in a busy district of Seoul), lots of shops around, and helpful staff. Two notes for planners: 1) cautious for toddles as the room has some beautiful but “stoney“ corners, you may need extra attention on the active little ones, 2) not sure if this is typical for Korean kitchens? It’s fully equipped for cooking but you need to buy your own paper towel as kitchen towel is not provided. Other than these, it’s 5 stars and...
