"The Hotel is beautiful, clean and close to everything: the impressive SJC Mission, many wonderful restaurants and the train depot. The man behind the counter was very helpful when I checked in."

"The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to many attractions, and the view from the room was beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in several areas. The room was not very clean when we arrived. We found leftover drinks and cups that had been squeezed and stuffed inside the safe, and the air vents were noticeably dirty, which caused us to sneeze throughout our stay. Pool service was also difficult to find, and it seemed like the hotel could really benefit from...

We were greeted with glasses of rosé at our evening check in and dog treats and a toy for our pup. The room was adorable, spacious, and clean. We loved the breakfast service and pool area and appreciated that they provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We will definitely be back!"

"The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated."
