"초창기에는 새로 생겨서 그냥 가성비로 갈만 했는데, 이제는 관리가 안되네요 커튼밑에 거미가 붙어있고, 이불 들추니 먼지가 그냥 엄청 나고,,, 옷장도 여니 냄새에 무슨 깃털같은게 날리고,....수건은 기본적으로 4개는 줘야 입실날 2개 쓰고 다음날2개 쓸텐데 2개 뿐이고 직원들은 10시쯤 되니 다 퇴근해서 없고... 그것도 1개는 피딱지? 같은게 묻어 있어서 1개만 썻는데 너무 위생적으로 불괘하더라구요 그리고 그게 보이니 다른것들도 모두 비위생적으로 보여지는데 베란다쪽엔 비둘기 똥도 한가득에 책상은 닦지도 않았는지 이전 사용한 ..."

"체크인 과정에서 주지도 않은 계약서를 보자고 하는가 하면은, 2박을 하는데 청소는 물론 물,타월을 주지도 않아서 직접 카운터를 가서 수령하는 일, 좀 절차가 미숙하다고 보면 맞습니다. 방 크기도 생각보다 작아서 이틀을 지네겠는가 할 정도였는데, 어쨌턴 지내고 왔습니다. 다음에 또 가라고 하면 노입니다."
