"Parking fine. Very old hotel so be aware the stairs are a bit steep and it is very quaint. Room I had was very spacious. It was tidy and clean but reflects its age which for me was fine. Breakfast was plentiful. Very near centre of Whittlesey so handy for shops. Staff lovely and helpful. It has ghosts if you like the paranormal. "

"V disappointing stay. Booked a superior room, which looked very nice on Expedia. Unfortunately our room looked nothing like the pictures online, the decor was very tired especially the bathroom which had paint flaking off the walls. Further, the room was very hot and with the need to open windows, very noisy due to the road in front of the hotel. "Evening restaurant very limited menu selection. Steak crossed off and only 3 other mains. Disappointing. Breakfast OK, orange juice off ss no delivery,butter non existent. Hotel otherwise OK for the money"

"Excellent food in a lovely village next to a main road however when you shut the windows the traffic noise was vastly reduced. The close room was great value."
