"This is the second time we've stayed at Oceana. We like the fact that it is a newer building and has a nice pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location suites us pretty good with everything close by. There is 24 hr person at the front desk and the garage entrance so it feels safe. We will stay again."

"The location was amazingly and Deborah was so helpfully and courteous. I would give her 5 stars! The penthouse was a bit more run down then expected by the photos, there was a lot of rust on things. Scratches and scuffs. The hottub was rusty so we did not use it. The water presure would go to a tiny Trickle withing 5 mins of the show and the water did not get hot. "The property is not close to the main section of town. You have to take a taxi there. We lost power for almost a whole day. They had no emergency power so we couldn't even take a shower. Value wise is Ok just know that its not close to main business district and if power is lost there is no emergency power. "

The water damage looked like it had been there for quite some time when i went to view it with the guy at the desk. "Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. "

"I will stay at the began very nicely. The unit was OK. The furniture in the living room was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid for this unit. The back of the couch was broken in the middle and very uncomfortable. The kitchen could use a little bit more to be able to cook more comfortably.
