"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya. What we loved the most was the peaceful, relaxing, and healthy environment throughout the resort. It was exactly the kind of atmosphere we were hoping for on our vacation.
The food was amazing! We especially loved the buffet, which offered a great variety of dishes every day, all very well prepared. We also really enjoyed the food stand by the pool—it was perfect for grabbing something delicious without having to leave the pool area.
The resort amenities were extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff was another highlight of our stay. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and always willing to help with any request.
We were also impressed by how smooth and well organized everything was. Check-in, check-out, airport transfers, and our excursions were all easy and stress-free, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation.
The only thing my family and I did not enjoy was the amount of sargassum on the beach. Unfortunately, because of it, we only visited the beach twice and stayed for a short time. However, we understand that this is a natural and seasonal issue and not something the resort can control. It was certainly not a deal breaker for us.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and left with great memories. We would absolutely recommend Riu Palace Riviera Maya to families looking for a beautiful, peaceful, clean, and well-run all-inclusive resort. We would happily return!"
