"Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. About 25 mins walk into the old town and 10-20 minutes walk from some lovely beaches; great location as rideshares into town were only around 5 euros. Staff were friendly and very helpful! "We really enjoyed our time here. We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel. "Side sea view to the harbour. Room very clean on arrival. Met by Mijo who had organised a taxi for us from the airport (€25). He explained about the property and left town maps/information etc. Studio was located within a 10min walk to Old Town, bakery and supermarket a short distance away. Last part of road up to property is fairly steep incline though. No cleaning provided (1 week) but plenty towels in a cupboard."

"Seaview from the master bedroom was a nice plus. The location is excellent: There is a grocery store 30m away, beach 100m away, free parking, fully equipped kitchen. The bulding is a pictueresque bulding from what we'd guess 15th-16th century the apartment inside was fully modern. Had a pleasant quiet stay here. 10/10"
