"Sitting areas were very clean and welcoming
The first room I was placed in was exceptional - loved the bedding and the easiness to adjust the window treatment however due to mobility issue (torn meniscus surgery) I was unable to use the shower ( bathtub was exceptionally high)
Was transferred to a smaller room with walk in shower but lacked at least one security bar in shower plus no nonslip mat on tile floor - was unable to use it as no security bar inside shower made it dangerous due to knee issue plus window treatment adjustment required pull chains
Liked the ability to make coffee in room!
However had a scary emergency at 2:00AM due to lights inside cabinet which were flashing and hissing - called desk and fellow came immediately and pulled cabinet away from wall and pulled plug out !
Early morning coffee was available in lobby and tastefully presented
