"We had a non smoking room in the South Tower. Despite being a non smoking room it still smelled like smoke throughout the property. The was zero staff interaction at the hotel - everything was automated. The sink faucet in our room did not have hot water. The beach was beautiful and renting equipment was easy. Food was very expensive. In the morning we got 2 croissants, one small coffee and a lemonade beverage from Starbucks and it was $32."

"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

"Our initial visit was not so good paid for early check in and though we received a new room with amenities we wanted from the start it was after a room which phone did not work mold in bathroom
And vents had heavy dust we enjoy Ballys but we had that sentiment we also stated an additional night with cost added but we enjoyed our stay for the most part"
