"The elevator was creepy and really needed to be cleaned and refurbished. We felt we were in a service elevator. Frequently dirty laundry and cleaning supplies were left in the elevator to travel unattended to the basement. The flooring in the bath and foyer was speckled with dents and wear. The tub was grey and really needed to be converted to shower. Water pressure was low and the shower head was calcified I stayed for three nights and did not have my room serviced"

"Nice rooms and the hotel staff is excellent. The restaurant staff seems inadequate from a size standpoint, service should be better and it has been in previous years. Food is delicious, always. The bar has been under renovation for much too long and the old space was fantastic. Hopefully the renovation will be worthwhile if it ever gets completed. The hotel location is fantastic."

"The hotel appears to have been renovated so the rooms feel very new The hotel is well located, lots of food options are a short drive away Didn’t try the breakfast , but the hotel looks to be great for kids judging by the kids playing in the pool at 7am. The hotel foyer seems to be a good spot for groups to meet and socialize Plenty of parking"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After checking out, I realized I had left my jacket hanging in the room. I contacted the front desk and called four separate times. Each time, I was told the housekeeper was unavailable and that I should call back in 30 minutes. I followed those instructions, but was later informed that the housekeeper had already left and that the item was not found. I am absolutely certain that I left my jacket in the room, which makes this situation very concerning. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no clear resolution or accountability, which left me feeling that my concern was not taken seriously. In addition, the housekeeping staff was very loud in the hallway early in the morning. The noise was disruptive enough that I had to open the door twice, and my wife eventually asked them to lower their voices because our children were still sleeping. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I hope management improves both lost item handling and consideration for guests’ comfort."
