"Hotel was good and location was great. Room was poor. A/c blowed directly on the bed window was dirty on the outside looking at the roof where heating and cooling until a were sitting. Room 552 is a very poor room."

"This property does not offer a free breakfast, but they have a restaurant that serves breakfast. The gyro meat/egg burrito was excellent. This property has a very nice pool and a bar that serves after 4PM. Fogo de Chao is also within a very short walk and service there was much better than the reviews I read on line for this restaurant. We went on a Thursday night and there was a small crowd."

"Greg the night desk staff is amazing. I arrived from airport and was in car accident and got in late and had to extend stay. He went above and beyond to change my room so I could sleep in late and not have to change rooms. I also had an incident leaving 4 am Saturday and thought I left wallet in room. He went to room searched and even was going to have pilots on way to airport bring it to me. Way above and beyond. Always remembered me by name. Hotel was super clean and room spacious and bed incredibly comfortable. Convenient location with happening bar but yet super quiet up in hallways and rooms. Excellent would stay again."

"I chose this Comfort Inn since it is more north of Detroit, and the area is known to be better and safer. The front desk attendant asked me if I preferred a floor. As a person who does not travel often, I said it did not matter. Looking back, his question tells me there were multiple floors and rooms he could have given me. He gave me the room on the first floor closest to the exit door. Upon entering my room, the air conditioner was on, and the room was really cold. I had to turn the heat on to get the room at a normal temperature. I also noticed the window was open, and there was no screen or bars for protection. There was only one small window stop attached by a loose screw. I don't know if someone left the window open on purpose. The room was averagely cleaned as far as the dusting. There were water/drink stains on the night stand and desk telling me it was not dusted or the room was not cleaned even if the bathroom was. The television was only getting tv channels - no cable or internet. At this point I had just driven five hours from another state, and I did not plan on staying up watching television, so I decided not to take all the time to change rooms. Upon getting in bed around 10:00 p.m. - all of a sudden, the two exit doors continutally were slamming shut till almost 11:30 p.m. Then the exit doors started shamming shut continually starting early at 6:00 a.m. in the morning by rude hotel workers/people exiting/entering the hotel."
