While my previous experience received higher rates, my recent visit (2/13-16/26), came with a bit of disappointments. The first suite assigned to (#107), the HVAC system was operating loud. The noise would stop, then continued through most of the night. Suite (#107) HVAC system is located with the bedroom, so there is no door to muffle the sound.
Management changed my suite to (#542), however, the same issue occurred in the exact same manner. Loud at night. However, the HVAC system was located in the outer room. The door between the rooms muffled the noise at night.
I opted not to complain again, since I did not want to change suites again. Not to mention, using the power of feedback in hopes of bringing attention to the matter may be more effective.
My visits are intended for fun, and relaxation, of which I was not pleased during this visit. I trust that my concerns will be appropriately addressed and receive feedback from management.
Staffing, overall, are always professional and courteous. Especially, enjoyed dining at Ellington's restaurant.
