"The room we checked in was clean the beds , the sheets and the pillows but the carpet was dirty and smelling very bad I asked the service next he quickly changed our room hopefully the next room was ok . I strongly suggest the hotel management to deeply wash and clean the rooms carpets. Some how the staff was nice , the location is very good, the parking is big and the breakfast is good. "Desk staff on check in were less than helpful explaining how to get to restaurants attached to the hotel. Valet parking was atrocious. I have an app on my phone for my car and it reported that the sunroof and drivers side windows were open and I know for a fact they shouldn’t have been open bc I never had them open in the first place. I was very upset and asked for a refund for the valet charge- I expect my car to be safe when entrusting it to valet, and they told me my app must be wrong bc the...
