"Great location. Great breakfast. At check out I was told that I owed an additional city travel pass I was supposedly given at check in. If I was given the pass I was never informed. And if I was given something, I should have never been charged."

"The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and there was an omlette station! Hotel is definitely going for a classic Bavarian look which I quite liked. Some upgrades would be appreciated like newer TVs with smart cast. Be careful in the shower, it's only a pane of glass and it's easy to get water everywhere. Our room had a forest view which was nice and quiet."

"Amazing experience. We were lucky to have joint rooms with kids and adults having their separate rooms which made aour stay super comfortable. Fantastic view on the room balcony and at the restaurant (inside and outside). Nice quiet private beach with very short walk to the beach club for lots of fun with kids. We recommend 100%."

"Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!"

"The check-in process was frustrating. We arrived around 6 PM and there was no one at the front desk. I had to spend about 15 minutes entering all the guest information to get our key, even though I had already completed everything online. The room was very basic—no water, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, or iron. There was also quite a bit of dust under the beds. The view is beautiful, but the trains pass by frequently and are very noisy, especially at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for...
