"I was not happy at the first time but at least I was a wee happy when my room was changed to what it should be I paid for family room because I was with my two boy and my wife but you people gave gave me a double bed saying that my room was changed from the head office and also changed back to my family room I did not understand that story but is fine am ok at least but not at the beginning "

"The Loans Inn is a beautiful destination. A “resort”-style establishment within a village setting. The Loans is offers nice - clean - well-appointed hotel rooms, plus a nice restaurant and pub. Live entertainment - courteous staff. The local town is wonderfully social and friendly (within a mile of Royal Troon Golf Course - one of the British Open courses) and still farms very nearby."

"Tired buildings but comfortable beds and helpful staff. Sadly no one thought to inform reception about water being turned off or on going building works while bathrooms were being refurbished. Good breakfasts but very pricey bar."

Room ok, The hotels inability to provide a fridge even when it's for critical-for-life medicines is a bit troublesome and will probably force me to stay elsewhere when I'm back in Ayr later this year. Breakfast is menu-ordered. Very tasty but far too small given the continental buffet options were extraordinarily limited."

"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants...

"The room was clean and breakfast was well set up. The odd thing was check in. The person seemed confused. One person was at the wrong east Kilbride premiere inn. WE DID THE SAME THING! Beware- there are THREE East Kilbride Premiere Inns! Also, another client was given keys to a room that was already in use. Some name confusion. I just passed my passport to the check in person! It’s an odd location. The restaurant nearby is closed. Thankfully there is an inhouse restaurant. It’s also strange...
