"Room is cozy and clean. Staff if very cooperative and helpful. Parking is good. Only thing I dislike is the train sound/noise And you have to ask the for the tee and water boiler which is making me uncomfortable. Please if you advertise the stuff please insure it's in the room. I don't have to ask for it every day. "

"We arrived early-the room was ready- clean, very comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and due to the stormy weather we also ate at the hotel in the evening which was good, as was the breakfast. We toured the lakes and stayed here as well as Como itself - we preferred this - a short walk over the bridge to the nearest town, with plenty of bars and restaurants. The morning after the storm brought out the kite surfers and yachts - great spectacle from our balcony. Parking is a proper underground car park adjoining the hotel - ideal if there is a a storm. Can't fault the stay"

"Hotel is good enough, rooms need to be renovated especially the carpets, all hotel is far from the City Center but there’s a lot of ground transportation to go around"

"It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay."

"Had a shuttle bus booked twice and both times was told it was full and had to book a taxi for 3 times the price. Reached out multiple times to staff and no response."
