"We stayed just one night before catching our flight, and it was perfect. The home is calm and only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made things so convenient. The room was spotless, with wonderfully cool air conditioning, fresh towels, and a lovely walk‑in shower. I especially appreciated how safe it felt, the owner provided a remote key for the gate so we could come and go securely. The bed was incredibly comfortable and of great quality, making it easy to rest before our travels....

"Wir haben das Coco Villa in Mahébourg vom 26.05. bis 27.05. besucht und das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war jedoch sauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden und besonders schön war der direkte Meerblick inklusive Balkon. Auch das Badezimmer war eher schlicht, aber sauber. Das Duschen war allerdings ein kleines Abenteuer, da das Wasser entweder sehr heiß...

"Personnel accueillant, souriant et serviable. Belle piscine, et plage de sable a proximité. Menu a thème sympa. Bon petit déjeuner mais peu varié dans la semaine. Dommage qu'il n'y ait que du beurre salé (pas terrible sur le pain ou les tartines grillées). Les oiseaux picorent le pain dans la salle, malgré la vigilance du personnel. Manque de prise dans la chambre. Manque de banquette pour poser la valise. La salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre, ce qui est gênant si on n'est pas en couple...

"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

"1. Hotelanlage in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Einchecken und Zimmer zeigen, wurde die kaputte Schranktür gezeigt. Es hiess, jemand wird kommen und es richten. Allerdings ist keiner gekommen. Die Zimmer werden nicht mit Insektensprays gesprayt. Es waren sehr viele Insekten. Sogar ein Gekko war im Zimmer. 2. Frühstück und Service Beim Frühstück wurden keine Tomaten und Oliven angeboten. "The property is located in a nice are close to the airport! However, due to the heavy construction work next doors it is very noisy and dusty. Everything was covered in dust (even partly inside the room). This is not something that the host can control. It was a good property for a overnight stay close to the airport, but I would not recommend it for longer stays at this point due to the construction going on. "
