"I felt the stay was good for the price. However, in the middle of the night, loud music from nearby rooms and the smell of tobacco smoke drifted into my room and bathroom, so I had to open the windows. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating โ they refreshed my floor and room right away. The staff was helpful overall and took good care of me, especially since I was visiting from out of state.
The staff was really helpful and made me feel taken care of!!!!!"

"Fast elevators - 6 of them so there was never a long wait. Room is small yet functional. Amazingly quiet considering the location right off of the Lincoln Tunnel. Could see the buses going in and out of Port Authority. Safe area with lots to do. My only complaint would be the lack of ventilation and weak A/C. The rooms are probably overdue for a renovation."

"Great hotel for our first stay - itโs an old hotel which probably needs updating but that was part of the charm! Great location to get to all the sights and right next to Penn station which made it easy to get the subway. We went to a Knicks game at MSG and it was great to be so close and just walk across the road.
Our room unfortunately had a broken door and air con but they upgraded us straight away to a better one with a great view. Rooms are plenty big enough and we had two adults, an 18...

Bath drainage was clogged in our room. I had to clean it myself -- a one minute job
