"At the time the elevators did not work. We had to use the service elevators. Despite that little problem the staff and the rooms were amazing. Every one from the breakfast staff helping you to the house keeping.every staff member we interacted with on the service elevator was so nice and helpful"

"My son left his phone outside un the back and the staff found it as we were leaving; realizing he had lost it and in a hurry to get to work, they returned it to us!!! Very good and honest staff. Loved the stay but this is what won us over. Thank you again for being so kind and just good people!"

"This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, but they added extra charges to my room (valet even though I had no car) and won't respond to my messages. This always (and only) happens when I use hotels.com. It's too bad because I'll be back in Houston multiple times and will have to find another place ..."
