"Great hotel in a good location within Sousse being near the beach and also the Medina. The staff were nice, the location was quiet just off a main street and the air con worked pretty well. The only issue was the small bathroom, whereby the shower intruded on the space of the sink and toilet."

The check-in process with Ousemma was quite difficult, as the level of assistance provided felt begrudging rather than professional.
