"The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg. We were warmly greeted at check-in by Precious the process was very smooth. Very much appreciated after flying for over 30 hours from California. Our room was very well appointed with welcome treats provided. We ate all our meals over the course of two days here, and were looked after very well by Atli and Sethi at breakfast, and Zizi at Flame...

"I loved everything about this hotel. After speaking with Tamsyn for several months, she (and the rest of the staff!) made sure my visit was exactly how I wanted. The food was spectacular. "This hotel was outstanding, and the staff seemed happy to go above and beyond to be helpful! The breakfast was amazing (best mushroom toast in my life), the room clean and well designed, the bed comfortable, the shower powerful, and the location was convenient and safe. Room 610 was quiet and perfect. Room 1010 had an odd high-pitched sound occasionally that was a bit bothersome. It’s a little high in price, but still a lovely hotel. "

"The staff were all helpful. Peggy went above and beyond to assist me. The driver was at the airport waiting for me even though my plane was 2 hours late. Food in the dining room was very good and reasonably priced. Great stay!"

"Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Enkel was onze geboekte taxi door het hotel niet aanwezig op de vlieghaven. De deur naar de kamer ernaast kon bij ons niet op slot worden gedaan (slot was kapot) waardoor ze waarschijnlijk in de kamer naast ons zo in onze kamer konden. Ontbijt was oke en leuk dat er een fitness aanwezig was! "

"From my very first moment stepping into the hotel I did not feel welcome I was not greeted with a smile even though I asked for one the receptionist just stared at me in the face. They were not able to organise an early check-in due to poor planning and poor communication. I was told I’m not allowed to wear my slippers in the communal area in the hotel I was only allowed in to wear them in my bedroom and 100% not allowed whilst eating breakfast. Specific members of staff are great at their job...
