"The room was clean and spacious. My brother and I had a relaxing few days. We had travel to his son's graduation and it was a great time. The breakfast choices were not many but you could find something to eat. The hotel is near many restaurants and close to the airport. The staff was attentive and understanding. I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Arrived for a 3 day stay and TV didn't work, dried blood on the sheets and noisy fridge that froze our drinks. Front desk attendants were told of the situation. Nothing got fixed, sheets were not changed etc. Sold out, so no room change. We recieved $33 off our bill. LOL! This was going to be our go-to hotel to visit our son at UCF for the next four years. Not now!"

"First , I would have liked to cancel my reservation but was told non refundable. We got stuck in the elevator, 2 rooms had no hot water, and the breakfast was very limited. "

"Bathroom door closing is abysmal (no room). No hand wand in shower (though it was not advertised as having that). No room safe (although, again, not advertised as having that). Front desk clerk was exceptional. Good location for walking to various restaurants. GoPort transfer to cruise port was very convenient."

"We just stayed for a night. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup had 30 mins waiting. I did not realize I had to call them. It’s best you call them as soon as you get out of the flight and request shuttle."
