"I love this hotel. This is my second stay there. I had a view of Tower Bridge which was delightful.
The only thing I would pick on is that only one electrical outlet to plug my converter in worked; the tiles were lifting by the tub and the toilet almost overflowed with it much tissue in it.
All of those things can be fixed. The hotel is in prime vicinity with a scrumptious restaurant, aptly named Vicinity attached to it. The bathroom had a deep tub so I could soak by tired back and the bed was very comfortable!!"
"Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own!
Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant.
Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was not worth the cost.
Don't think I would stay here again."
"Loved the vibe of the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful.Great hotel, great location
Room set ups were neat and made the space feel bigger!
Breakfast was wonderful! Wide variety of options and very nice dining space.
Gym was set up a little oddly and Peloton was not activated but overall a great stay!
Would definitely stay again
