We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. Clean, easy to find and park

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries.
