"Very clean property. However, if you are disabled there is zero help. There are no auto door controls, narrow entryways. Only one luggage cart for the entire property so it’s difficult to get in or out at best. the elevator broke the morning I was leaving. I was told it would cost ot wages to have it fixed so “ sorry for the inconvenience”. Yeah,I had to make 7 trips up and down the stairwell to the 4th floor at 5 am I order to leave. "The price was good and the room was clean. The hotel could use some updates but overall it was fine for a pre cruise stay and cheaper than staying in Seattle. The breakfast filled our stomachs before we left. It had standard breakfast fare and was decent. It had a waffle station, sausage, potatoes, eggs and pastries. "Gregg was fantastic at the front desk. Our family took up about five rooms. The lobby had a really nice TV area where we were able to gather us in the evening. CJ was very helpful during breakfast. She made me decaf coffee . It is not a normal thing for the hotel. Please hotel brew a pot of decaf every day!!"
