I saw roaches...I'm DONE. Will not ever come back and I don't recommend anyone to stay at the red roof inn. Which I call the Roof Inn now

The rooms are horribly outdated with a very bad smell. The beds were uncomfortable and linens/pillows were very low quality. The location and surrounding area is creepy so be aware. There is nothing positive to say about this property, The staff at front desk were very welcoming and helpful, but they cannot overcome the poor quality rooms and facilities.

What i really liked about the property is that it was really clean and well maintained. And the staff were very really helpful and respectful. I really loved my stay there. The only bad thing is that the food vending machine was out of order. And another thing that made it really nice is that the restraunts and stores are really close.

We left the property immediately after checking in and found another hotel to say in. Your property was disgustingly filthy and we didn't want to touch anything. When we called the desk to tell them, no one answered. Now we are out all that money plus we had to book another hotel.

My room was not clean. My refrigerator had a really bad smell. My trip was short so I used sanitizer wipes to clean up.

hello .. Just a little update on your weekend stay. it was not the best at all. the rooms were run down and not taken care off . our second room had to be changed because of bugs in the bed and both rooms had a very unsettling smell to them. both beds in room233 had blue and brown stains on them and when asked to have the bedding changed while we was away on the town the next day Saturday morning, we returned to nonthing no beds made, zero clean wash rags and towels , and our microwave didn't work for us to eat our food, so we walked over to McDonald's to eat. This was one of the worse stays I have had in a very very very long time.

The outlet by the sink didn't work, a little peeling of the wallpaper in the bathroom, but clean, air conditioner worked, no bedbugs or roaches and for the price and really just for sleeping plus it saved us a couple thousand to not board the dogs for 2 nights, so for us it was good.

The gal that greeted us at the desk was very friendly and helpful so we started off good! Our room smelled heavily of smoke,..bad enough that we made a trip to Walmart to buy Odo-Ban and Lysol. It was humid out so the floor was sticky in spite of the air conditioning being set at 62* when we went inside, and it didn't seem like the floors had been swept nor the carpets vacuumed since the last guests were there. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. On one side there is a shady motel that has folks coming and going all hours of the night, but on the OTHER side, there's a well lit parking lot that is like it's own little shopping food court! BWW, Culver's, Texas Roadhouse, there's a Menard's and some other places. Additionally, it's really easy to jump on the highway to get to the Notre Dame campus for a game - which was the purpose for our stay, We won't go back to that particular hotel, but it worked for my sister-in-law and I for this one time.
