"The hotel is in a beautiful historic building just a few blocks from Beale Street. We loved our room, which was very spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet that was included in the price of our room was great. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Memphis."

"You have to navigate steps with your luggage and there are no chairs in the suite we were in. The staff was exceptional - very helpful. The bed was comfy. The location was not the best but not the worst - within walking distance to most attractions. We loved the old history of the place. Would definitely go there again."

"Everything was absolutely perfect! I especially want to thank the bartender (forgot her name) up on the 3rd floor. We arrived late and she was closing up. We had not eaten on the Amtrak train for 8 hours. She was able to get the kitchen staff make us up a couple off dishes and get us drinks and water. She did not want us starving throughout the night!! Service was wonderful the rest of the time we were there!"
