"Property is in the heart of New York and places of interest are a walk or train ride away. It has its own New York charm. You will have to keep your luggages light and few in number as there are no elevators/lifts."

"Las habitaciones demasiadas pequeñas para 6 personas. No había espacio para acomodarnos luego de colocar las maletas en el cuarto. Nos dieron una litera de tres camas hacia arriba, era una tragedia bajarse de ahí, no podiamos ni sentarnos en las camas. Lo único pasable fue la ubicación que estaba cerca de la estación del tren y como 20 minutos de times square."

"There were 4 parties attempting to check in at the same time. We all had to call some number given to us by the person at the front desk and wait on hold for them to send us a check in number via email. This was supposed to be the code to the door, but we were still handed a physical key because the codes didn’t work.
The person on the counter was not helpful. The common area wasn’t clean and had a few boxes of food sitting on the table and no one cleaned it up even in the morning when I came...

"We really loved the property. Excellent location, clean rooms, kitchen fully equipped with everything a family needs.
There was no interaction with HK staff as we did not require HK service , for room was already fully supplied.
The person who checked us in was professional , helpful and polite, as well the bellman who stored our bags. Again we did not communicate with other front desk staff members because we were mostly outside enjoying the city.
When we come back, we will surly use Radio...
