"Rooms were $800+ I managed to get a room for $400. By the time I arrived 9:45pm, everything was closed or closing at 10pm. Apparently the hotel was transitioning to a new ownership. I wish I was notified. A desk guy said that there were "signs in the elevators". I was just at the property a week ago and no word of this "transition"... I needed food after travelling all day, and there are no microwaves in the Executive Suites. I used hot tap water to add to an insta noodle cup...

"The stay was great! Clean room and has all you could need for a quick stay.
I would like to suggest a few things to make it an even better stay! A bath math for the bathtub would be great to prevent any slipping incidents and an exhaust fan for ventilation on the washroom would be nice as well.

"In all honesty, the rooms and the facility are a bit dated, but if you can get past that, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is what you’d expect, good options to get through the day. "I saw many negative reviews on google but I was worried for no reason. The washroom and the bed was clean and that’s the most important part in my opinion. Carpets did look like they need a wash but I used slippers to walk at all times. Property is old so don’t expect anything fancy but location was great. Make sure you bring earplugs because it does get a bit noisy at night. Overall very happy, probably we will book it again if we visit Vancouver."

"I was extremely disappointed by the price gouging and surprised that Coast hotels didn't keep their regular summer prices. But they charged $493.00 for one night because the soccer games were on. I will be checking with a media source and hopefully someone will be willing to write an article on the hotel gouging.

"Great location; impeccable view. It's a new establishment. Somethings might not be as you expect, but the staff make up for it greatly and provide whatever you need.
If you plan to watch tv, just be aware that their tv service provider has issues and the tv freezes every 5 min for about 30 seconds. I missed critical parts of World Cup futball matched :( I assume the management is working on fixing this in near future."
