"I usually do not care for big "corporate" type faculties full of "captive" just off the cruise bus clientele--BUT, it was nice to be in a consistent, internet friendly not great food, but not bad food type of place. We really enjoyed the very clearly marked trails around the facility and were amused when we took the most advanced trail and found it to be a pleasant and interesting trail to the river. A wonderful after dinner walk!!"

"It was clean and the staff was really nice. We slept there only one night but parking was easy, getting to the room was easy and the check in process was also a breeze. It is a basic hotel, nothing fancy. The AC worked and the hotel provided basic soap, coffee, water station, and a gift shop."

"Property is dated. There is musty, mildew smell throughout the hotel and especially in our room’s bathroom. Ownership is cheap and could have at least changed shower curtains regularly. Horrible value for price paid of over $350 per night."

"The room was in poor condition - cracks in the flooring and the window was painted shut. Insufficient security locks on the door inside the hotel room. A big sign in the parking lot that hotel is not responsible for auto break-ins or theft. Did not make me feel safe. The room smelled a bit of old socks. The breakfast was spartan. The bed and bedding were fine. Managed to get some sleep."

"The rooms are very small. The sink is located in with the main room, not within a bathroom. They do not have 24/7 complimentary coffee. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The pool is tiny and everything in that room is rusted and it is very hot and humid. They definitely have a humidity control issue. We stayed 4 days and had to change out our own trash, ask for towels etc. all but 1 day. Overall, location is convenient and it is clean, just poor upkeeping."

"My room had a phenomenal view of the bay that I enjoyed every minute I was there !!! Check in was quick and easy. My room was very clean and designed for comfort. The staff was EXCELLENT, every one of them. I very highly recommend Lands End !!!!!"
