"We arrived very late at night, but were given a warm welcome and a fast check-in. Beds were very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The hotel is conveniently located by the river in Changi Village, a really lovely area worthy of a standalone visit, with a good Hawker Centre within 3 minutes walk. "The staff were helpful in accommodating a larger room and reserving a taxi for the morning. This is more like a hostel than a hotel. The shower is in the toilet area so everything including toilet paper gets soaked. The bed is soft and accessible only on one side. We felt very cramped in the room. It definitely does not look like photos on the website."

"Hotel was approximately 15 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT Station (change at Tanah Marah from Changi airport). Arriving at 9 am I expected to leave my luggage at Reception but was told I could have my room straight away which was a bonus as usual check in time is 3pm. I was able to sight see and return to room around 2pm for a rest and shower. Lots of affordable, interesting restaurants for dinner close to hotel. The Receptionist organised a taxi to the airport (cost around $22 S) at 9pm which...

"The whole area is the red light district. They locked the doors early and opened them later in the AM. I could hear the door bell ringing, because it was locked. They also wanted to check the room before you left. I didn't have anything to hide, it was just weird. Nothing is around the area. "
