"Located far from hustle bustle of the busy Singapore, I'd recommend this hotel for those who want to relax in a serene place. Everything was perfect here. The room, the bed, the bathroom and the amenities. They provided free minibar too. The food was great. Most of all, the view of the golf course was really peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will come back here again."

"A friendly hotel. Spacious room, with a very comfortable bed and large TV, that had plenty of channels. Offers free shuttle to and from the airport. The use of the free Civil Service Shuttle from across the road, that takes you to the MRT at Prasir Ris is a great bonus. Has a gym and two lovely swimming pools, one on the rooftop and one in the gardens on the ground floor."

"Our first interaction with Grand Mercure Roxy, was we requested that they keep one of our Large bags with them for a few days BEFORE we even checked in (as we were going to spend a few days in Johor Bahru first). It was not a problem for them to accommodate us for this. When we came through the front door, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome.
