"We stayed during part of the 2025 formula 1 weekend because our accommodation closer to town (Hotel Boss) was booked for some of the nights. Very clean, room was spacious compared to our other accomodation, staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location is further from the city but the rail was close. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Safe, clean and nice staff."

"Great location across the street from Chinatown Point mall. Short walk to People's Park Complex, Chinatown, and Clarke Quay. Comfortable quiet rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Note easiest access from MRT is to exit to Chinatown Point mall, then cross Upper Cross street. Trying to exit to Upper Cross street from the MRT station actually puts you further away."

"Sangat berkesan, kamar bersih, lapang, designed minimalis, terkesan hotel baru renovasi, hanya khusus Kamar Suite lantai 2, perlu naik tangga sampai ke kamar, jadi menjadi issue mengangkat luggage naik tangga, ini kurang nyaman."

"Stayed in the Standard Room with a Queen Bed for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and staffs were friendly. Mr Jay checked me in 15 minutes earlier which was so nice of him."

"It's not Raffles or even The Hilton so don't expect too much, but it is very cheap and therefore superb value. Excellent hot power shower. Comfortable bed. One of the staff - probably the boss - is extremely helpful. Another staff member leant me a phone plug so that was great. ......Raffles would have cost me £1,600. This hotel cost me £40...... "
