"Room was pretty run down. Had Ants crawling across the counter and the shower leaked really bad which flooded the bathroom. Staff charged our account for parking when it was agreed we would pay cash. Bar took 40 minutes to make 2 drinks."

"We arrived with our two bedroom apartment booking for four adults and when we arrived I to our room there were only three beds. Terrible customer experience. We tried calling reception bus it remained unanswered. We had to waste 45 minutes being placed into a room that could acccomodate our booking ..."
