"The brown sheets and brown towels are a negative, it is hard to know if the sheet and towels are clean! It was decorated cute. It did need some maintenance."

Love a hotel with laminate vs carpet. Definitely plan to stay again when we return to Worland. Staff were friendly and accommodating."

"Price for one person for one night at this facility is a five star pricing for a one star facility. Staff was outstanding. The property owner or Best Western needs to make an in-person inspection of how they are represented. The ice machine was broken & we were told they cannot find anyone to repair it, the pool had green water and smelled, the jacuzzi kept mal-functioning, the room tv service went out after 10 minutes the staff said to un-plug the cable box to reset it, after several attempts...

"The rooms are updated, bathroom very clean, bedspread with some mild signs of wear, but clean, sheets clean and fresh, no negative odor. Halls, carpet appears dated, dirty, stained, walls and door dinged, scuffs. Staff friendly. The most important part was the rooms and they were totally fine "

"Staff was excellent. Very friendly. Very sociable. Hotel seemed a little small but I felt very comfortable with the cleanliness. Its a little older. The only complaint I would have is the bathroom sink is in the main area and the shower/toilet has very little room to move around. I would recommend this hotel. Pool was a bit cold."
