"Breakfast was decent ,parking was good outside our window to keep an eye on things. One thing I thought was weird is that at Saturday breakfast there was a lady who brought her pet dog into the breakfast area and sat at a table with the dog into the room. This was not a service dog. I saw one of the staff speaking to her but she and the dog stayed. We left and returned when she was leaving. I can’t imagine the issues if this dog were to use the floor or the bench for a bathroom break."

"The pillows are soft and small. The TV has basic channels only and because it is a Roku TV, I couldn't get Netflix to mirror with my phone. But breakfast buffet is standard Fair. Cold hard boiled eggs, bread for toast and cereal, Bagels, yogurt, bananas and oranges, Folgers coffee and or orange juice. Also pancakes are available"

"This is a very unique restored mansion within a fairly easy walk to downtown Kingston. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had been advertised through Expedia as having a bay view, and it didn’t, but that was no big deal. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. All in all, a great experience."

"It’s an old building thats been touched up but…the air conditioning is good but the unit needs to be cleaned major, as it leaves a stink in the room when it’s running! Bed ok, shower ok,🤔, but the drain was very slow in drying, and end up standing in five inches of water as you shower! TV was ok but there was no channel information."

"Me and my two children only stayed 1 night, while in the area for a boat cruise. The kids went in the pool and said it was chilly (outdoor). The rooms appeared to be recently updated and nicely done. We had adjoining rooms, and the interior access was nice. The complimentary breakfast is a nice feature, but there were so many guests in the food area that it was not possible to get something without a long wait."

"If you plan on using the TV, bring y our own streaming service - the one the hotel uses really distorts on the screen (we were watching World Cup soccer). So do the Google/Casting thing. Not all room are the same size. Avoid 202 or 302 as they are very small for 2 people. They are great for dogs and very helpful. When we went they put us in 202 (2 people and dog), and you couldn't really use the desk as the chair would hit the foot of the bed - and there was no room for a casual chair. ...
