"Great location for south sands beach and hotels "

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."

" Great communication with host. Unfortunately photos did not show the tired decor and mould in bathrooms which were also in need of updating. "

"Great location right on the edge of the river, Kingsbridge is well positioned to visit the local area. Property is well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Just be aware the pub next can get busy at times. Overall great experience and accomodating host."
