"The room was really dirty. Entry was covered in sticky stuff on wall and floor. Desk and table had sticky mess and drink rings. Behind the bed on lights more sticky stuff. Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
"The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Microwaves and room service are no longer available, so that was disappointing. Most of the staff were borderline rude with the exception of one of the valet guys and a late night front desk operator."
