"For the price, the property is nice. It has a shared bath arrangement, but for $130 less than the next room available, it is very nice. The restroom facilities were clean and not overused. "

"initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both."
