"The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better.
If you want a full Elvis experience, they play an Elvis movie in the evening and pipe Elvis music throughout the hotel so decide if you want to pay for that. The outdoor pool is very nice...

"Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel"

"This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay.
As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.
Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen.
Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel."

"The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...
