Comfort Suites Chesapeake - Norfolk

"My stay at this Comfort Suites Hotel was a Wonderful stay. All of the Desk Rep & Managers Awesome. My most interaction was with these 2 Reps. Desk Manager Hope was very professional, I addressed my concerns & she was able to resolve the problems. Desk Rep Ashana was very professional, friendly & helpful she really gave excellent customer service which is always important to me. The Housekeeping staff was Outstanding & accommodating. This location is well stocked & well maintained. My Family really enjoyed the Breakfast selection, that helped me alot, the food was fresh, was always replaced, the area was well supervised. The landscaping is beautiful well kepted. The pool is maintain well, parking was very convenient. I stayed in 2 different rooms & they were well cleaned & stocked. I also had stayed at the Comfort Suites in Newark I enjoyed my stay in June there. In the future I will consider making Comfort Suites my first choice ,the rates was very affordable."

"STAY HERE! This place was by far the best place I ever stayed. The room was clean, and so well stocked! "Full" kitchen (2 burner electric cook top, microwave/oven combo pots, pans dishes, silverware, even a dishwasher). Full size washer and dryer in the bathroom, ironing board, iron. Comfortable bed, pull out sofa, limited cable TV. There was a well stocked convenience mart in the lobby. I was almost sad I only needed to stay one night, Pet Friendly too! I could have comfortably lived long term in this room."

"I had a comfortable stay here and found the location to be one of its biggest strengths. The hotel sits in a lively area with plenty of dining options and a good selection of shops just a short walk away. Free parking is a huge plus, especially for a city stay. The complimentary warm breakfast is convenient, and even on days when you miss it, there’s absolutely no shortage of cafés and restaurants nearby to grab something quickly. It’s an easy place to stay for a short trip, especially if you want to remain within the city and have everything you need close at hand."
