"Checked in at midnight and provided room keys.
Room key DID NOT WORK.
Had to call front desk and guard brought room keys to us AFTER 30 minutes of us waiting in front of locked room. Guard opened the room with his master key and provided us with new room keys.
Then, there were no pillows and blankets for the pull-out couch in the main living room area.
Had to call front desk and room service dropped off extra pillows and blankets AFTER 30 minutes.
The next day, room keys DID NOT WORK AGAIN in the morning when we woke up.
We had to go to the front desk AGAIN to get a 2nd set of room keys. After speaking to manager, he assured us that our room keys would work.
It took 3 attempts for the correct room keys to be assigned to us.
Total inconvenience and compounded the fact that we were exhausted, checked in at mid-night and had two young kids with us.
Never experienced this inconvenience for a hotel before."
