"We had a barking dog next to our room. It was terrible! Then in the morning, the alarm went off for about an hour!!! Upon check out, we asked for the total bill and the guy at reception said he couldn’t provide it. One of the pools was closed. The lazy river was packed!!! On a good note, the room was clean."
