"The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay."

"We booked a suite with a hot tub for the weekend and for the price it was excellent. The location was easy to locate with plenty of interesting things within driving distance. We came for the asian festival but prices were too high in the downtown area so we drove about 20 minutes and saved a lot with the booking. Plus we had a hot tub! "This place was so gross and not well-maintained. Breakfast tasted awful. Location was scary. Smell of weed in the elevators. The only upside was the pool and hot tub. Do not stay here."

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"This place is absolutely filthy. My room was dirty when i walked in. sticky liquid stuck to the walls, light switches were sticky and gross. the carpet was covered in crumbs and dirt and the AC machine was covered in mold and didn't turn on( not that i would have anyway) someone peed in the elevator on my first day there and after a 4 day visit the elevator still had not been cleaned. I slept in my car the last night in the parking lot of the hotel because of how gross it was. if you stay here,...
