"Clean room, great staff , paper thin walls, kids upstairs running back-and-forth yelling screaming , dog barking across the hall past 1 A.M."

"My room wasn't ready at 3pm. I checked close to 430pm. The door jam had a 1/2 gap all the way around. The wind from the outside blew in the room. The room had a half drank margarita can in it along with hair all over the floor. Gross!!! I didn't not take any photos as I should of.. I was to pissed off and couldnt wait to check out the next day!! "
