"Customer service was disgraceful and they would not allow early check in. I have stayed at many hotels that allow for early check in, but not here. I arrived at approximately 2:45pm and I was told I could not check in until after 3:00pm and the hotel was not busy. The front desk representative made every interaction seem like a bother and she was annoyed with her work. Definitely not a hotel I would choose again, if these are the kind of staff and accommodations available."

"We stayed here outside of Boston because it was cheaper. The hotel needs major updating. The wallpaper was peeling among other things. We usually stay at Hampton, and this was the worst one as far as upkeep goes on the interior. The staff was friendly though."

"I was booking a 2nd night with my autistic twins. They did not damage or destroy anything the first night. We had no where to go and the older manager made us leave. The young girl behind the desk was amazing and called us an Uber so I didn't have to walk across 2 boulevards myself with two 4 year olds"

"No personal at all, you get a code for the front door and room. The bathroom is shared but I never had any issues. Room is clean but noisy at times. While there is a kitchen, there are no cooking utensils or plate and the sink doesn't work. Anyways it was a nice stay."
