"Woken up by leaf blower at 8am two days in a row. When complained to front desk the first day they said they would let manager know but it happened again the next day. I understand there it outside noise but do not expect to have a leaf blower going off at 8am right next the windows when you're staying at a hotel Also housekeeping didn't change out dirty cups or take dirty plates. "

"Exceptional room, staff & brunch! Also, free shuttle to train station, which we did not know about. Definitely recommend, if you’re okay staying 20 minutes south of Boston."

"There was gum stuck to the head board of the bed when we checked in. Took a shower the tub filled with water took hours to drain the shower head looked dirty. The the tub spout leaked when the shower was on. The pool looked dirty didn't go in. Breakfast was good though."

"We stayed here due to the access to the Braintree Logan Express, which was a 5 minute Uber ride away. We parked at the express, not at Sonesta. The hotel is grubby, smelly, and there were numerous people loitering outside the entrance which made us uneasy. There was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the hotel which kept me up all night. Honestly it would be worth it to stay somewhere else and pay a bit more for comfort and safety. "

"Our stay was very pleasant. The room had plenty of space and a Peloton bike. The parking was ver easy and free. The hotel location is convenient to drive into Boston and surrounding areas on the highway. There is a Trillium Brewery and Restaurant right next door (walk in ~5 min). You can access the Blue Hills Skyline trail right across the street or drive 2 min to the lot. The breakfast was wonderful with many fresh options.
