Hotel dekat South Stradbroke Island Conservation Park

"Spacious and very clean rooms. Comfy beds and modern bathroom. Close to shops and the motel which has amazing food!"

"In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes: 1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us. 2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??"

"Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern."

"great"

"Very nice. Clean, quiet and affordable."

"This hotel was in a great location for us. So close to public transport, shops and Restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly cheery young lady at reception. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We were kept well supplied with toiletries, but unfortunately milk was not replenished so only had the one coffee during our 3 night stay. Air con worked well.It was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes in the laundry at no extra cost."

"The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression"

"Very clean room. Well located"

"The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast."

"The property was immaculate, clean and fresh. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all very nice. Location was perfect, just across the road from the tram, beach and shops close by. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea, Body wash, shampoo & conditioner was in the bathroom as well. It was very quiet at night when we slept as well. We really enjoyed all the property had to offer and will definitely book here when we return."

"We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car."

"The Room to small"

"酒店很漂亮！"

"Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

"The property especially the rooms were quite dated. The beds are uncomfortable. The Fire Place is the only restaurant on site worth going to. The staff are great, especially Gretel, she was great."
