Pool was closed and no one told us and it’s why we picked this place.
Phone in the room didn’t work.
Staff smoking cigarettes at the front door. A pair of used dirty underwear at the front door as you walk in. I want my money back. Do I contact you or the hotel bc they tell me you bc we booked with you."
