"Thought I was getting a deal on the stay when I booked through Expedia but didn’t. We weren’t told anything about the thermostat in our room not working so it was Freezing all night. Couldn’t afford the breakfast because it was separate from cost of the room. WiFi was terrible. Classic look of Hotel was Beautiful and loved the location next to the Alamo. "

"We book d the presidential suite. TV didn’t work in the bedroom and the bathroom was filthy."

"This is a lovely hotel, in a great location. Just be sure not to book a room overlooking the atrium as the live music might keep you awake. I had to endure loud thumping music into the early hours (1-2 am). When I asked if this was normal I was met with a vague answer and no offer to move my room. I was considering extending my stay but decided against it."

"The parking fees are excessive. Since I arrived i did not move my car and used an Uber. I was still billed an additional $400 in added fees and for what i still don't know. I was told it would be $120 when I arrived. Ridiculous amount of added fees. Not happy!"
