"Had an amazing stay at Ship in Dock Inn. The owner had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Lots of little extra details that you don't get in most places. The breakfast was just perfect and service prompt and friendly. We're so glad we chose it and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable B&B that's in a wonderful location! "

"A great little find in Brixham, I contacted Pip before my arrival asking for a early check in and he was very obliging and when I did arrive early I was treated to an upgrade. A great location only 10 mins walk from the town centre. Fantastic breakfast and a great host. I will be sure to come here again if i am ever in Brixham or near by. "The 2 rooms which we have were absolutely awful….dirty and dusty and old. Walls didn’t see paint for years -some of wallpaper was stick together with tape ! We have mould and damp on the wall . My son vie from the window was bins and cars as his room was on the basement. Food was extremely basic and poor quality. Stuff smoking cigarettes outside and whole halls stink . You can hear drains all evening when people flushed the toilet. Walls are very thick so you can hear every single noise….Awful...

"The hotel was dated and looked tired from the outside and inside. The images online were very misleading and didn't look like the room that was promised. The room itself was very small but the bedsheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was in desperate need of being regrouted and cracked tiles needed to the replaced. The net curtains were dirty with cigarette holes in the them and there was a layer of dust on the valance. Even though the 'quite' times were meant to start at 10pm, we could...
